Refund and cancellation policy

1. How billing works

Memberships are billed in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe, on the same date each month (or each year for annual plans). We never see or store your card details.

Founding members are billed from the day they join. The Studio opens straight away, and the 90-day program starts on the cohort kickoff, December 8, 2026. Your founding price stays the same for as long as your membership stays active.

2. Cancel anytime

Cancel from Settings → Manage card, receipts or cancel. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for. You keep full access until then, and you won't be charged again.

If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll join at the price on offer at that time.

3. No refunds

All payments are final. We don't refund payments already made, including for partial months, unused time or features you didn't use, except where the law requires it.

For annual plans, cancelling stops the next renewal; the year you've paid for isn't refunded.

4. Billing mistakes

If you're charged twice, or charged after your cancellation took effect, tell us and we'll reverse that charge in full. That's a correction, not a refund.

5. Missed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and you keep access while it does. If the payment still can't be collected, your membership ends. Update your card anytime in Settings.

6. Price changes

We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to your price. Founding prices don't change while your membership stays active.

7. Other purchases

One-to-one Strategy Sessions and anything bought on thepartnershipedit.com are separate from the Studio and follow their own terms.
